We do not offer same day delivery for online orders.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
- We do not ship Deskplant LK plants out of Sri Lanka at this time.
- Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
- Deskplant LK is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Deskplant LK is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products For Sri Lankan customers, the shipping charge totally free for all orders. We do not ship plants out of Sri Lanka except pots. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.
We expect orders to ship within 2-10 business days given current policies and procedures to protect the health and safety of our fulfillment team.

If you purchased an item at full price and within 3 days of purchase, the price drops, you can contact us to refund the difference. Items that were originally purchased at a discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
We cannot retroactively apply discount codes at this time, meaning we cannot honor a past sale price once the sale has ended.

Every plant is fragile and the shipping process is not always kind (or easy). Most of the time we get it right, but sometimes we don't. When that happens, we fix it — be it a damaged plant or pot due to courier company mishandling — with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. If you're not happy with your recent purchase, please fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. The form ensures we have what’s needed to help you as soon as possible! In the unlikely event a plant is received dead on arrival, it will always be replaced.
The product will be delivered for all urban areas in Sri Lanka serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Sri Lanka Speed Post and may take more time.
